Rahul Singh is a PhD student in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Koç University. His doctoral research focuses on biodegradable implants for medical purposes. He holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, that investigated performance of a linear Fresnel solar collector for industrial process heat generation. He obtained his B.Tech (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, India.

Aysu received BSc degree from both mechanical engineering and physics departments at Boğaziçi University with honors. She is awarded Koç University graduate fellowship for her successes in undergraduate period. She is continuing master program in mechanical engineering by working with Asst. Prof. Levent Beker at Koç University. Her research interest focuses on designing implantable medical devices with wireless communication by benefiting from ultrasound and MEMS.
